Hello,
When we are creating a Shopping cart[SC] manually we are able to create SC but when we do the same via webservices method
we are not able to create a SC as it pop up a message error 'Vendor not intended for purchasing organization'.
So finally we debug the standard program to find the root cause and after a long time spent on debug we came to some conclusion
that there is a FM ' '[I will share this FM name very soon] which will not getting the values for purchasing organization for that
particular vendor when we do create SC via webservies method but at the same time when we do SC creation via manually process we are
able to get the purchasing organization values for that same vendor and hence the SC get creates.
