I have a issue where after RFx response rejection the total value getting zero and purchaser not able to take any further actions.
According to functionality and scenario once the RFx response is rejected,then purchaser can 'undo reject' and accept it also further.
But in my case as the total value at header level is getting zero after first rejection, purchaser is not able to accept/approve it further after "undo reject" also.
It is throwing error "At least one item must be accepted before accepting document".
Please suggest something if you have faced any similar issues.
Any leads will be appreciated.
