When the PM work order is TECOed the existing line gets deleted and new shopping cart gets created

Hello Experts,

when the plant Maintenance work order is TECOed the shopping cart line item in SRM gets deleted (as its suppose to be) But it creates a new shopping cart in SRM. Does anybody know the issue?
