How to assign proffesional view to employee role

Dear Experts,

I'd like to know if it's possible to allow requester users (/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE role) to create shopping carts using the proffesional view (Purchasers view). My requirement is to allow users who has assigned the /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE role to create shopping carts using that view and not the wizard view.

Is it possible? Should I to create a Z role for this?
