Shopping cart in held status

Hi all,

In a classic SRM scenario, I've found a couple of shopping carts in held status.

How to update them to process the shopping cart and let to create the PO in backend, as usual?

The shopping cart seems to be fine, without any missing field.

I tried to delete a position, but the status remains "held".

I can't edit the shopping cart, too..

any suggestions?!
